What are KEES pouches?
KEES are premium tobacco-free nicotine pouches. Each pouch sits discreetly under your upper lip and releases nicotine gradually — no smoke, no smell, no devices.
How do I use them?
Break the seal and twist open the lid. Place one pouch under your upper lip, slightly to one side. You’ll feel a gentle tingle at first — that means it’s working. Leave it in place for up to 30 minutes. Do not chew or suck.
What strengths are available?
Light (4mg), Strong (8mg) and Super Strong (11mg), depending on the flavour. Sweet Mint is available in all three; Cool Mint, Icy Apple and Watermelon are available in Strong.
Do they contain tobacco?
No. KEES pouches are 100% tobacco-free. They contain nicotine, which is an addictive chemical.
How many pouches are in a can?
Each can contains 20 pouches. All cans are 295 EGP.
How fast is delivery?
We deliver across all of Egypt: Cairo & Giza within 1–2 working days (70 LE flat rate), and everywhere else via Aramex within 2–4 working days (120 LE flat rate). See Shipping & Delivery.
How do I pay?
Cash on delivery — pay the courier in cash when your order arrives. Please have the exact amount ready.
Do I need to be a certain age?
Yes. KEES products are strictly for adults aged 18 and over. A valid ID may be requested on delivery.
How should I store them?
Keep the can closed in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children and pets.

What are KEES Points?
KEES Points come automatically with every order — 5% of your order value back in points, and every point is worth LE 1. They come off your next order's total like money.
How do I earn it?
Just order. Once your order is delivered and paid, 5% of the product value lands in your account as points automatically — each worth a full LE 1 off your next order.
How do I see and spend my balance?
Log in on shop.saykees.com with your email — we'll send you a 6-digit code, no password needed. Your KEES Points show in your account, and at checkout you can choose to apply them to your order. Any remainder is paid cash on delivery as usual.
Do KEES Points expire?
Points are valid for 12 months from the day you earn them.
The fine print
KEES Points are earned on the product subtotal (after discounts, excluding delivery), and only on the portion you pay for — amounts paid using points don't earn additional points. If an order is cancelled or refunded, that order's points are reversed. Guest orders earn too, as long as you use the same email — your points will be waiting when you log in.
