3. Pricing & payment
All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Orders are paid via cash on delivery. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
4. Orders & delivery
Once an order is placed, our team may contact you to confirm details before dispatch. Delivery times are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.
5. Cancellations & returns
You may cancel before dispatch by contacting us. For health and safety reasons, opened products cannot be returned. Damaged or incorrect items will be replaced — contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including the KEES name, logo, and imagery, is the property of KEES and may not be used without permission.
7. Limitation of liability
KEES is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
